- Loan application form and photocopy of a valid ID
- Guarantor's photocopy of a valid ID
- Marriage certificate, single certificate or divorce certificate
- Bank slip for the 2.5% processing and administrative fee of the requested loan
- Bank slip for the 0.5% application fee of the requested loan
- Land title as collateral
- Account statement for the last 3 months
- Valuation report and IRPV certificate
